Cancellation Policy

foodartnature strives to provide the best possible experience for all our customers. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have designed the following cancellation policy to accommodate our customers while ensuring our operations run smoothly.

Cancellation by Customer

  • a. If a customer cancels their booking more than 7 days prior to the scheduled half-day experience, they will receive a 100% refund.
  • b. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled half-day experience.

Note, each experience may have specific cancellation policies that supersede these time frames. If no specific policy is provided for a given experience, this policy applies as a general policy for all experiences. Please check with your specific experience for any further information.

Rescheduling by Customer

  • a. Customers may reschedule their booking free of charge if the request is made more than X days prior to the scheduled half-day experience.
  • b. Rescheduling requests made within X days of the scheduled half-day experience will not be accommodated.

Cancellations or Rescheduling by Experience Host

  • a. In the event that an experience host must cancel or reschedule a half-day experience due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions or operational issues), customers will be given the option to reschedule their booking for a later date or receive a full refund.

No-Shows

  • a. Customers who do not show up for their scheduled half-day experience without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Late Arrivals

  • a. Customers are expected to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of their half-day experience. foodartnature reserves the right to start the experience on time and is not obligated to delay the start or extend the duration of the experience for late arrivals.
  • b. Customers who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
