Explore, Experience, Empower, Enjoy! Pjila’si, and welcome to the Wolfville Farmers’ Market, where you will immerse yourself in one of Nova Scotia’s most dynamic and innovative Farmers’ Markets! We invite you to join us on a guided and interactive experience, where you will connect with Farmers, Makers, Local Food, and our vibrant Market Community. As you explore the Saturday Market you will take in the sights, sounds and smells of all things local. Don’t worry, you will have lots of time to shop after the Experience!Guest Chefs from our community will share their stories and their cultures in a hands-on food making experience using Market ingredients. Visitors will learn about cooking with local, in-season and culturally appropriate ingredients, while working with a Guest Chef in a hands-on culinary collaboration. There will be time to share thoughts and reflect, both communally & individually.You will leave with memories that will have engaged all your 5 senses, as well as a recipe from the Guest Chef, a sample of the culinary collaboration, and resources to continue being engaged in our Wolfville Farmers’ Market Community. Visitors will learn how easy it is to prepare delicious food in a sustainable way, and enjoy making personal connections to a diverse community through food, story sharing, and creating nourishing and impactful relationships.

Wolfville Farmers’ Market is a cooeperative of local vendors who produce fresh meat, dairy, produce, bread, pantry items, prepared foods, local art, gifts, and hand-made treasures. They offer a unique community experience that connects people to generations past, while nourishing the present. While they are best known for their Saturday markets and online weekly pick-up service (WFM2Go), the WFM team spends their time working directly with their vendors to help them thrive.
